How long does it take for my order to ship?
Since our nut butters are made in small batches to ensure freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships via USPS or UPS.
Do I need to refrigerate my Nerdy Nuts?
Refrigeration is not required, but it can help slow down natural oil separation. We recommend storing your jars in a cool, dry place and stirring well before each use.
Are your products gluten-free?
Many of our flavors are made without gluten-containing ingredients; however, some of our indulgent mix-ins (like cookie bits) may contain gluten. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 7 days for a resolution.
Why is there oil at the top of my jar?
Oil separation is a natural occurrence in high-quality nut butters that don't use excessive stabilizers. Simply stir the oils back in to restore the creamy consistency.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to military APO/FPO addresses. We hope to expand our shipping zones to international fans in the future.
